The Lafayette Girls Softball League now has an email address.  All questions and concerns should now be directed to the following email address:

Attention all new players that have not played before. We need a copy of your birth certificate on file. Please bring a copy of your Birth Certificate to the on site registration at Jeff High School or the Eagles Lodge.

The Medical Release Form is now available on line. Complete and submit the form to your child's Coach prior to the start of the first practice. Please note that your child will not be permitted to participate unless this form has been completed and filed with the Coach. If you participated in the On-Site Registration at Jeff High School or the Eagles Lodge you have already fulfilled this requirement.
